Today, clothing company Regatta Great Outdoors has announced the creation of 14 new jobs in Ireland, with the opening of two new stores.
The impressive standalone stores opened in Citywest Shopping Centre on Friday, 30th of August, and in Castlebar, Co. Mayo on Friday, 6th of September.
Regatta Great Outdoors was founded in the UK in 1981 and first looked to Ireland in 2000, when Brian Fox was appointed as the Irish sales representative for the brand. Having established a strong and sustainable wholesale platform he went on to open his first concession in Shaws of Wexford in 2004, Regatta Great Outdoors’ presence in the country has grown to include 13 concession stores, as well as a remarkable 22 standalone stores. The company currently employs 160 people nationwide.
