Auctioneers CBRE are quoting €3,000,000 for a 1.23 hectare (3.05 acre) development site on the Whitestown Road which is being offered to the open market for sale by private treaty.
The high-profile site benefits from outline planning permission for the development of a petrol filling station extending to 580 sq m (6,243 sq ft), and a drive-through restaurant extending to 390 sq m (4,198 sq ft).
