The annual GOAL Mile is due to take place at more than 100 locations across Ireland this December 25th including Phoenix Park in Dublin.

The event urges people to run, walk or crawl one mile in aid of GOAL’s humanitarian programmes across the developing world.

The GOAL Mile in the Phoenix Park takes place between 10.30am and 12.00 noon on Christmas Day, with registration taking place at Popes Cross.

Last year, the various GOAL Miles raised around €160,000 for their programmes in the developing world.
