Dublin will turn to the GAA’s Disputes Resolution Authority to appeal the Central Appeals Committee’s decision to turn down Diarmuid Connolly’s appeal against his red card and subsequent one match ban.

Dublin’s talisman now looks set to miss the All Ireland Semi Final replay in Croke Park tomorrow . The St Vincent’s clubman received his red card after an injury-time altercation with Mayo’s Lee Keegan last Sunday.

Dublin had hoped that the fact that Mayo’s Kevin Keane had his red card reversed for a similar offence in their  win over Donegal earlier in the campaign would help them in their appeal.
