Freshii open new restaurant in Leopardstown

Healthy food specialists Freshii have gone from strength to strength over the past year. Some will question is this down to the publics interest in getting healthy or is it simply because of their beautiful variety of feel good foods? One thing is for sure the demand is continuing to grow.

Yesterday they announced the opening of their latest Irish outlet in Central Park in Leopardstown. The new restaurant will be the food chain’s eighth in Ireland and follows other Dublin locations including the CHQ Building, Lusk, Mespil Road, Arnott’s, and Trinity College .

As one of the fastest growing restaurant brands in the world, Freshii’s diverse menu includes breakfast, tossed salads, hot bowls, burritos, healthy wraps, soups, fresh pressed juices, smoothies and frozen yogurt have become a firm favourite with many over the last year in particular.

Its meal choices are based on fibre-rich, slow-burning carbs, essential fats and lean proteins with over 70 ingredients and homemade salad dressings. They cater for those who are keeping to a strict diet and also those who just enjoy a tasty lunch. “Getting fit and healthy” is in fashion right now but with the demand in the likes of Freshii in such a short space of time it looks as though we are a nation of people who will continue to keep this trend going for a long time!
