Got a good idea that would make a difference to you and others? If yes, then you can apply to Youthbank for a grant of up to €500 to help make it happen! Foróige Tallaght YouthBank have opened up their grant application process. The YouthBank committee is a grant-making committee made up of young people who are in charge of the grant making process.
With a theme of ‘Working Together To Be The Difference’ applications are welcome from young people aged 14-25 from the Dublin 24 and Whitechurch areas and groups can apply for up to €500.
Projects must fit the theme, be youth-led (a group of three or more young people have the idea, apply for the money and make it happen), have a clear and realistic plan to meet a need or issue you are concerned about and be good value for money. It also must have a positive impact on young people and/or others and address an issue you feel passionately about.
Applications are assessed by the committee and eligible applicants then take part in a short interview. The deadline for applications is Wednesday March 16th.
