‘CarPool Caraoke’ Comes to Jobstown

Move over James Corden because there is a new Karaoke King in town – in Jobstown to be precise!

John Kilbride, manager of the The Jobstown House, launched a very special new video series this evening on his Facebook page; ‘CarPool Caraoke’ live from Tallaght.

In the first of a six-part series John is joined by Tallaght’s very own Spice Girls; whom he names ‘Spicy Chicken’, ‘Spicy Wedge’ and ‘Spicy Bags’.

The ‘CarPool Caraoke’ guests are made up of Jobstown locals Chrissy May, Chrissy Dean, Terry Wynne and Mary Arnold – who waste no time in launching into their performance.

The foursome sing and dance their way through ‘Wannabe’ all from the comfort of John’s car as they cruise around the local area.

Not only are the ladies singing their hearts out they are also having a great time with the hugely popular and well-known Jobstown House manager.

The video already has hundreds of views, likes and comments with the pub hoping to go viral with their innovative, engaging and hilarious social media experiment.

Check out their talents here:

This is not the first time staff and customers from Jobstown have been in the spotlight, last year the pub was praised for its fantastic mannequin challenge which has more than 70,000 views and has to be seen to be believed:
