In news just breaking on Sky Sports, it is being reported than former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is holding further talks with Celtic over their managerial vacancy.
The Irishman is now believed to be the front runner for the post, with the clubs hierarchy allegedly approaching him last week.
Rodgers has been out of work since October last year when he was replaced in the Anfield hotseat by Jurgen Klopp. Sky Sports have also reported that former Watford, Cardiff and Wigan boss Malky Mackay – who played for Celtic during the 1990s – has also been interviewed for the position following Ronny Deila’s departure.
