Selena Gomez pushes the envelope in controversial new video

Multi-platinum singer and actress Selena Gomez wraps up an incredible year for her by releasing a much talked about video for the new single “Hands to Myself” today on Apple Music and selenagomez.com. The video, directed by Alek Keshishian (Madonna: Truth or Dare) can be viewed below.

“Hands to Myself” is the third single from Selena’s critically acclaimed album Revival which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Spin Magazine declares “Hands to Myself” is enough evidence that Gomez means business.”

The first single “Good For You” spent two consecutive weeks holding the #1 spot at US Top 40 Radio. “Same Old Love”, the second single off the album, is currently #3 at Top 40 Radio in the US.
Revival is available now for digital download.

Revival has appeared on multiple “Best of 2015” lists including: Rolling Stone (“one of the most three-dimensional pop albums of 2015”); Entertainment Weekly (“proof that good pop needn’t always be so in your face”); Spin Magazine (“the album finds room for the sexual, the emotional and the spiritual”); Idolator (“the diva is killing them quietly with a carefully curated album that proves there’s so much more to her”) and Slant Magazine (“embodies a new found sophistication”).

2016 promises to be another big year for Gomez as she will embark on her worldwide “Revival Tour.” The first leg will find Gomez traveling to 41 cities across the United States and Canada. The tour kicks off in Las Vegas on May 6th at Mandalay Bay and hits major markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and more.
